Who Is Eligible for BISP Double Payment Rs. 27,000?
The Benazir Kafalat installment has been increased to Rs. 14,500 for January 2026. However, double payment cases apply only to specific beneficiaries:

Blocked or Missed Previous Installments
Women whose September or December 2025 payments were stopped due to biometric mismatch, verification delays, or incomplete data may receive both pending and current installments together. -
Recently Verified Beneficiaries
Applicants who completed their Dynamic Survey recently and were approved after missing an earlier payment may receive arrears along with the January installment. -
Pending Education Stipends Added
If children’s education stipends were pending for several months, they may be released along with the Kafalat payment, increasing the total amount significantly.
